Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for Hebei Normal University CSC 2027, you must:

How to Apply for HNU CSC Scholarship 2027 (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: CSC Online System
Log in to Chinese Government Scholarship Information System at studyinchina.csc.edu.cn or campuschina.org. Select Program Category Type B and enter Agency No. 10094 for Hebei Normal University. Fill form, upload documents, and submit.

Step 2: HNU University System
Visit HNU online application system at hebtu.17gz.org and submit your second application as instructed.

Step 3: Assessment & Pre-Admission
